Participation Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Statement

By purchasing a tour ticket and participating in any Sketching in the City tour, you agree that before, during and after the tour you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved in this activity and agree to engage in it at your own risk.  You shall assume full responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or death that may be sustained by you or your property. You also agree to release, waive, discharge and not to sue Sketching in the City, it’s parent company, Studio 3440, or Sasha Sinclair – their officers, agents, employees or affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death that may be sustained by you or any property, whether caused by the negligence of you, Sketching in the City, or any third party.

You will also agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of you family and spouse and any heirs, assigns and personal representatives, and shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge and covenant not to sue Sketching in the City, Studio 3440 or Sasha Sinclair or their officers, agents, employees or affiliates.

You also agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Washington DC.
